Purchases
All our jewelry is handcrafted in 950 silver. Some desings also include leather, natural stones and acrylic resins. Chains are made of 925 silver for extra durability, mostly imported from Italy and sourced from national suppliers.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with bank cards, store credit cards, payment vouchers and more through the Flow payment platform.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are currently a 100% online store. Our jewelry is only available through our website www.ringfit.cl
Can I order a gift-wrapped purchase?
Of course! At checkout, select the Gift Wrap box and your jewelry will arrive wrapped and ready to give away.
Shipping and Delivery
When will my order arrive?
We prepare all orders within 4 business days of your purchase (except for some custom designs that take a bit longer). Delivery time vary between between 1 to 7 business days, depending on the region.

How does shipping work?
- We ship to all regions of Chile three times a week through Starken, Chilexpress or Bluexpress.
- You can choose home delivery or pick up your order at a Starken agency. If you choose to pick it up at an agency, be sure to enter the address of the branch where you´ll collecr your package during checkout .
- Shipping costs are fixed per region and are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Once you complete your purchase, we prepare it within four business days. When it ships, you´ll receive an email with a tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs range from $3,600 to $5,500 depending on your location in the country. The exact cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Can I pick up my order somewhere?
Yes, we offer free pick-up at our collection point located in General Jofre, Sgto. Centro. Available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., by appointment.
Can I send my purchase as a gift to someone else?
I just placed my purchase but entered the wrong address. What should I do?
If you noticed the mistake after purchasing, please contact us as soon as possible to update the address before we ship your order.
What do I do if I haven't received my purchase?
If your package hasn´t arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time for your region, send us a message, and we´ll help track it and find a quick solution.
Do you offer international shipping?
For now, we only ship within Chile.
Warranty, Exchanges and Returns
Do the jewelry pieces have a warranty?
Yes, all our jewelry comes with warranty. If you have any issues with your purchase, write to us and we´ll help you.

Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes. You have 15 days from the day you receive your purchase to request an exchange or return. Just make sure that the product is unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Write to us by email to arrange it .

I ordered the wrong size, what should I do?
If you have chosen the wrong size, you can exchange your jewel for another available size. Just send us a message, and we´ll help you with the process (except for custom designs).
