Exchanges & Returns
If you buy from our online store and need to exchange or return an item, you have up to 15 days from the day you received it to request it through our contact channels (email or Instagram). Just provide your order number and let us know wich product you´d like to exchange or return.
To accept an exchange or return, the product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging . If it does not meet these conditions, we won´t be able to process the request.
How to make a return or exchange?
You have two options:
📍 In-person drop-off: You can exchange or return your item at our pickup location in Sgto. Centro (by appointment).
📍 Shipping with Starken: If you prefer to ship it, we´ll email you a prepaid shipping label ready to print. Once you receive it, you´ll have 3 days to print it, attach it on the package and drop it off at any Starken branch or sales point.
Important:
- Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are covered by the costumer.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, we will cover the shipping cost.
Once we receive the product, your new item will be shipped within 6 business days.

Additional information
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- If the exchange is for the same product or one of the same value , there´s no extra charge.
- If you choose to exchange it for a product of lower value , we cannot refund the price difference.
- If the exchange is for a product of higher value , you´ll need to pay the difference.
- A credit in favor of the exchange cannot be used to cover the shipping costs of the new product.
- For returns, we´ll refund the product price, but not the shipping cost .
- Custom-made items cannot be exchanged or returned , unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- If we receive the item damaged, used or without its original packaging , we won´t be able to process the request, and we´ll send it back in the same condition.
