Shipping and Delivery

Processing times


We ship three times a week to all regions of the country through Starken, Chilexpress or Bluexpress .


We prepare your order within 4 business days of your purchase. Some special products, like custom designs or personalized jewelry, may take longer. In those cases, we will inform you in the product description.


Once shipped, the estimated delivery times are:


  • RM: 1 to 2 business days
  • XV, I and II region: 3 business days
  • III to X region: 1 to 3 business days
  • XI and XII: 3 to 7 business days


* Currently, we do not ship to Rapa Nui or Isla Juan Fernandez .


* Special dates (Christmas, Cyber Day, Ring Fit vacations, etc.) may affect processing times. We will inform you of any changes before you confirm your purchase.



Shipping costs


Shipping costs are fixed for each region and must be paid at the time of purchase.


The rates are:

Arica and Parinacota: $4,500

Tarapaca: $4,500

Ñuble: $3,900
Los Lagos: $4,200

Delivery Options


We offer three options for you to choose from:


  📍 Home delivery:

We will deliver your order to the address you provide. Just make sure to enter the correct information (street, number, commune, city) at the time of purchase.


Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your package.


Important! The courier will  attempts delivery twice. If the address is incorrect or there is no one to receive it, the package will be returned to our workshop, and you will have to pay for a new shipment, so we recommend that you keep an eye on the tracking updates.



📍 Pick up at Starken agency:  

If you prefer to pick up your order at a Starkenbranch, just follow these steps.


1. You will need to know the address of the branch. Find your nearest branch by clicking here.


2. In the Shipping Information section, enter the agency address as if it were residential address (e.g.: Address: Anfión Muñoz 657, Villarrica, Araucanía).


3. In the box labeled "Do you want to give us any clarification about your order?", write the name of the agency (e.g.: "Starken Villarrica Agency").


Once we ship your purchase, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow your package.



📍 Pickup at Sgto. Centro Pickup Point (FREE!):

You can pick up your purchase free of charge at our   pick-up point located in General Jofre, Sgto. Centro. Once your order is ready, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions to coordinate the pick-up (don't worry, we just need you to tell us which day you´ll be picking it up).


🕒 Pick-up Hours:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If you choose this option, remember that the available hours for pick-up are limited, so make sure you can attend within that range.



General Considerations on Shipments


Sending to another person (gifts)
If the order is a gift and you are sending it directly to the recipient, make sure to enter their name and RUT in the shipping information. The courier requires that both details match, so we will not be able to ship if the RUT entered corresponds to another person.


Delivery delays:
We use  external courier services, so delays can happen. While this is beyond our control, if your order has not yet arrived after the estimated maximum delivery time for your region, please email us at contacto@ringfit.cl and we will help you manage it to find a quick solution.


Make sure to track your shipment and be available to receive it within the courier's deadlines, as tracking and receipt are the customer's responsibility. This helps avoid unnecessary delays or returns.



Lost Packages:
If the loss is the courier's responsibility, we will take care of it and either send you a new product or issue a refund within 10 business days after Starken, Chilexpress or Bluexpress confirm the package is lost ( Please note that these companies may take up to 30 business days to complete their investigation).


Incorrect addresses or closed addresses:
The courier will attempt delivery twice . If the address entered is incorrect or there is no one available to receive it , the package will be returned to our workshop, and you will have to pay for a new shipment. To avoid issues, if you will not be at home, we recommend choosing pick up at a Starken agency .
