Warranty

We carefully craft each piece  in our workshop, so your order should always arrive in perfect condition. But if something goes wrong within 6 months (180 days) of your purchase, here´s what you can do:


  • Exchange: Swap your item for an identical one (subject to availability).
  • Repair: We´ll fix it for free.
  • Refund: We will refund the money paid for the product.

We will honor your choice and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, it is important for you to know that this warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or negligence.

What is not covered?


  • Broken  chains or necklaces due to excessive pulling.

  • Scratches, bends or breaks in rings, bracelets, earrings or other pieces caused by impact or excessive pressure.

  • Natural tarnishing of silver due to wear, exposure to air, or  skin pH (this is a normal reaction of the metal).

What does the warranty cover?


  • Wear or welding failures in the jewel.
  • Any other issue due to manufacturing defects.

How to claim your warranty ?


To request it, contact us via email or Instagram with the following details:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Photos of the defective product for evaluation.

If your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label, ready to print. Once you receive it, you´ll have 3 days to print it, attach it to the package containing the defective jewelry, and drop  it off at  any Starken agency or sales point.


Once we receive the package at our workshop, we will proceed with your chosen solution within  15 business days.


All shipping and repair costs will be covered by Ring Fit.
